Number Twenty Four Birthday

Oh yeah! It's my birthday again and I'm twenty-four this year. It took me two weeks after birthday to realized that I'm already 24!
FML it's TWENTY FOUR!!!

I think I'm at the stage where I need to achieve something for my life, and I gotta continuing with my planning after PRP-ship is done.
After all, I cannot be working for Government forever or else I will stay the same until my life ends.
Furthermore, the Government right now sucks at its management and I think I shall migrate IF they really cannot do something to improve citizens' life.

Okay. That's not what I can make changes on!
So I'm going to elaborate a bit about the celebrations!

Collegues surprised me with a cake after dinner! That's really sweet of them and I didn't know a single clue cause it's like a week before my birthday. lol We were trying out the food in a new restaurant called Anytime Bar & Grill located in Bandar Baru Teluk Intan.

The colourful menu of Anytime Bar & Grill

Our drinks filled in the hour shape glasses.

Too bad I didn't have any pictures of the food we had cause we were too hungry and the place is a little too small for the huge number of us! However, the boss is too kind that she gave me free meal for my birthday! Thanks to the lady boss!

Taa dah!! Here's the birthday cake for me!
The candles were lying on the cake cutely!

They sang me birthday song in three languages and here's the picture that i loved the most that day because I think I looked great with the candle light!

Made a collage of myself from hearing birthday song from the collegues, making wishes, blowing the candles and cutting the cake!!

The silly hobby of mine- keeping the Happy birthday stand for my birthday ;)

Bf was here too on that day.

Bf too a group picture of me and the awesome collegues!
Thanks guys. I'm honoured to have all of you to guide me throughout my PRP-ship.
XOXO

So I took off for pre-birthday to meet my pretty buddies TSJ and CKY!
Lunch out at Burps and giggles, enjoying coffee, food and chit-chatting with the girls.

Collages made by CKY as we had too many pictures of SS-ing!

By midnight while I was trying hard to fall asleep, these bunch of people surprised me outside of my house!
CRAZY!
Thanks girl <3 font="">
Never expected that cause some were tired after work and another one need to drive back to KL in the early morning!
You girls were sweet.

IF you are following my updates, you probably know who they are.
Friends of mine since young and forever will be!
Cheers to friendship!
XOXO

Big head photo of the pretty birthday girl.
Birthday on 2013 was slightly different from UNI years.
No glamorous dress up and make up but only simple and comfortable look.
I still looked good right? *wink*

Dined with the boy at this restaurant called St' Mike located near to Ipoh padang. You can turn right after the Cimb Bank which is located opposite of the field and the restaurant will be on your right once you turned. The ambience was good as there's less customer and probably there are less people who will notice this restaurant!

Take a look at the restaurant's design.

Had some pictures with the lovely boy while waiting for our food to be served.
Cheeky and normal <3 font="">

Salmon and wild mushroom carbonara spaghetti
This spaghetti is good, not too chessy but the portion is huge enough to be share among two person.

The cappucino of the day without any coffee art that disappointing me!

The New Zealand lamb rack that taste awesomely good which comes with mint sauce and mash potatoes.

We were so happy and satisfied with our meal! ;)

Langkawi Trip Part 1

It's been a long time since I last went to Langkawi. This time we organised a trip for quadruplets, which consist of the birthday girl, the bf, ke li and I!
Here we go on our first trip together!

Ta daaa! Breakfast in the early morning at Penang's famous dim sum named Maxim located near to USM.

We had some of the favouorite dim sum such as fried prawn dumplings which are so nice and we ordered 5 plates!

Not  forgetting the famous egg tart!
The egg tart has cripsy outer layer with not so sweet and smooth egg in the middle!
I personally like the egg tart very much!

Then we traveled to Kuala Kedah Jetty and too bad the jetty is flooding outside!
It was a public holiday that day and our plan to board the 12pm ferry has failed!
It turned out that we board the 2.30pm ferry!
I'm so sorry birthday girl!
Didn't mean to ruin your birthday by letting you wait for so long!

As soon as we reached the Kuah Jetty, we bought the return ferry ticket and jumped into our rented saga priced at Rm100!

This is our temporary home for one night, The Simfoni Resort located at Kuah!
It's a newly build resort that have not been launch yet and thus everything is new!
We are lucky enough to stay here though there's no beach view!

The kitchen with a fridge to keep your beers or liquor and some glasses!

A shoe rack!

The living room with sofas, plasma tv, dining table and chairs.

Our bedroom equipped with two single bed, a cupboard and a mirror.
The aircond is freazing cold!

I will definitely rate this resort 8/10 due to it's good condition. We booked the rooms through Agoda.com and it's definitely cheaper than walk in price with two rooms priced at rm240! The only bad thing that I'm unhappy with is that they cant let us stay in the same room as the other room's door is locked and they can't find any key! wtf

After having been through all the things the whole day, we finally settled down and went to the famous seafood place located along the Pantai Cenang road, which is Orkid Ria Seafood Restaurant.

The restaurant is well decorated with dim lights. Choices of seafood ranges from clamps, crabs, lobster, prawns, abalone and soom special species of fresh fish!

Here goes a picture of my two besties, featured the birthday girl and keli!

Yours truly in the flowery blouse and braids!

Cheap cheap glass of beer priced at RM5!

Claypot pearl abalone which is very fresh and chewy!

Fried kai lan

Salted egg crabs-yums!

Crab meat omelette

And the last dish- seaweed seafood soup!

The dinner was good and i will definitely recommend it to you if you can't find any other seafood restaurant in Langkawi!

Next stop will be to shop at the duty free untilour jaw drop! And we really did it! Full trolley before thhe duty free shop is about to close their shop!
We bought chocolates, some liquors and beers at a total of RM 800+ =)

The arrangement of those liquors that we have with the birthday girl <3 p="">

Stay updated for my next post on Langkawi Day 2
XOXO
