Day 1 in Siem Reap, Cambodia

Flight for two, trip for two, two healthcare provider, and this was our first overseas trip together!

After two hours of flight, we had finally reached the piece of land famous for Angkor Wat. Waited for around half an hour at the airport as we reached there earlier than I thought (because the airport is extremely small and we don't have any checked-in luggage).

After checking in, we went for the first tourist activity, which was sunset watching nearby a hill at Angkor location.
Tuk tuk driver was driving us to the exact location.

Having fun taking wefie with the monopod from Keli while enjoying the strong wind!

We were on our way to see the sunset at a favourite spot.

Before you can have the nice view of sunset, you need to walk up a small hill. We met tons of tourist heading there, especially the cina ah pek.

The stream of sunset light!

Walked pass this ancient Angkor building while on our way up!

Soh po Shwu Jing in the house!

Looked at the crazy crowd chasing the sunset.
Let's take a selfie with the sunset :)

Somehow I love this shot.

Our tiring faced after walking up the hill with long sleeve and long pants.

To sum up the tiring travelling first day, we had Cambodian BBQ priced at USD4 per pax. They came with meat ranges from chicken to pork to beef and lamb. Besides they have fish balls and mushrooms. BBQ plus Angkor beer satisfied us a little after a tiring day!

Done with dinner and we walked back to the guest house to hit the sack for our long journey tomorrow at the Angkor Archeological Park ;)

Stay tuned ya!
