Langkawi Trip Part 1

It's been a long time since I last went to Langkawi. This time we organised a trip for quadruplets, which consist of the birthday girl, the bf, ke li and I!
Here we go on our first trip together!

Ta daaa! Breakfast in the early morning at Penang's famous dim sum named Maxim located near to USM.

We had some of the favouorite dim sum such as fried prawn dumplings which are so nice and we ordered 5 plates!

Not  forgetting the famous egg tart!
The egg tart has cripsy outer layer with not so sweet and smooth egg in the middle!
I personally like the egg tart very much!

Then we traveled to Kuala Kedah Jetty and too bad the jetty is flooding outside!
It was a public holiday that day and our plan to board the 12pm ferry has failed!
It turned out that we board the 2.30pm ferry!
I'm so sorry birthday girl!
Didn't mean to ruin your birthday by letting you wait for so long!

As soon as we reached the Kuah Jetty, we bought the return ferry ticket and jumped into our rented saga priced at Rm100!

This is our temporary home for one night, The Simfoni Resort located at Kuah!
It's a newly build resort that have not been launch yet and thus everything is new!
We are lucky enough to stay here though there's no beach view!

The kitchen with a fridge to keep your beers or liquor and some glasses!

A shoe rack!

The living room with sofas, plasma tv, dining table and chairs.

Our bedroom equipped with two single bed, a cupboard and a mirror.
The aircond is freazing cold!

I will definitely rate this resort 8/10 due to it's good condition. We booked the rooms through Agoda.com and it's definitely cheaper than walk in price with two rooms priced at rm240! The only bad thing that I'm unhappy with is that they cant let us stay in the same room as the other room's door is locked and they can't find any key! wtf

After having been through all the things the whole day, we finally settled down and went to the famous seafood place located along the Pantai Cenang road, which is Orkid Ria Seafood Restaurant.

The restaurant is well decorated with dim lights. Choices of seafood ranges from clamps, crabs, lobster, prawns, abalone and soom special species of fresh fish!

Here goes a picture of my two besties, featured the birthday girl and keli!

Yours truly in the flowery blouse and braids!

Cheap cheap glass of beer priced at RM5!

Claypot pearl abalone which is very fresh and chewy!

Fried kai lan

Salted egg crabs-yums!

Crab meat omelette

And the last dish- seaweed seafood soup!

The dinner was good and i will definitely recommend it to you if you can't find any other seafood restaurant in Langkawi!

Next stop will be to shop at the duty free untilour jaw drop! And we really did it! Full trolley before thhe duty free shop is about to close their shop!
We bought chocolates, some liquors and beers at a total of RM 800+ =)

The arrangement of those liquors that we have with the birthday girl <3 p="">

Stay updated for my next post on Langkawi Day 2
XOXO
